David Greer is the Advisory Chairman for The Greer Group. He has been in the construction industry from the time he was 16, when he built his first home with Houts and Shepherd Construction in Michigan. He moved to California in 1959 from Michigan, settling in Fremont with his family. He worked in general contracting before starting his own business in the Bay Area, Greer Masonry, which eventually grew into Greer Enterprises. With the expansion of his business, he acquired, developed, and built properties throughout Northern California. His sons all worked for the family company, building commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. It was through this business that his son, Bryan Greer, and grandson, Jessie Rich-Greer, were inspired to become a part of the real estate industry. With his lifetime of experience in real estate and construction, David Greer is an invaluable Advisory Chairman for The Greer Group.
Bryan Greer is the Chief Operating Officer for The Greer Group, sourcing his lifetime of experience in the real estate and construction industries. He first worked for his father at Greer Masonry before opening up his own company, MGM Masonry, in 1985. The company, now renamed Bryan’s Construction, began to acquire income- producing rental assets in the late 1990s, including a family vineyard in Lake County. Mr. Greer built structures for government entities, single-family homes, commercial projects, retail stores, and low-rise buildings throughout Northern California. A head of the sustainability trend, Bryan Greer founded Green B Solar and Construction, a sister entity to Bryan’s Construction. Bryan is now using his years of experience in real estate and construction as Chief Operating Officer for The Greer Group.

Having grown up in the real estate industry under the tutelage of his grandfather and father, it was natural for Jessie Rich-Greer to join the family business. A dedicated and motivated entrepreneur, Mr. Rich-Greer founded the Greer Group because he understood the value of an integrated real estate company that specialized in individual areas of real estate.
Jessie Rich-Greer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business at three different universities in three different countries. As a student at San Diego State University under the innovative CaMexUs Program, he studied abroad at L'Université du Québec à Chicoutimi in Quebec, Canada, and at La Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in Tijuana, Mexico. He studied with native Canadian and Mexican students and learned both French and Spanish, receiving his B.A. at all three universities.
Upon receiving his degrees, Mr. Rich-Greer moved to Fremont, California where he worked for the family real estate business in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing. He also obtained his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification in less than six months, and was one of the youngest members of the Northern California chapter. He then entered the University of San Diego’s prestigious MSRE (Masters of Science in Real Estate) program, the highest degree in real estate. Upon completion he founded the Greer Group, an integrated real estate that works hand-in-hand with family real estate businesses.Mr. Rich- Greer has achieved extraordinary accomplishments; Master’s in real estate, his CCIM certification, broker’s license, and CPM (Certified Property Manager)
